• What about planning permission and building regulation? If planning permission and/or building regulation approval are required, Oakridge Projects can arrange these for you and relieve you of having to deal with the local council/authority and Building Control Officers.
• Can I customise my conservatory for a specific purpose? Yes, many added extras are available to transform the space into the perfect space for your lifestyle.
• What are the guarantees? All conservatories and additional extras fully guaranteed. The conservatories and the work of the installers are FENSA regulated. FENSA is the Fenestration Self-Assessment scheme, which was set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) in response to new building regulations.
